My Story: A Journey to Balance and Authenticity
As a mother and a woman juggling the demands of daily life, I often found myself searching for moments of calm amidst the chaos. My journey with matcha began as a personal ritual—a moment of grounding and mindfulness that helped me center myself and approach each day with harmony. What started as a simple cup of tea grew into a profound appreciation for the cultural heritage, artistry, and wellness benefits of authentic matcha.
I have the privilege of working with a multi-generational family tea farm in Uji, Kyoto—the heart of Japan’s finest matcha production. This partnership is built on trust, respect, and a shared commitment to preserving traditional tea cultivation methods while ensuring the highest quality. Every step, from planting to hand-picking the finest tea leaves, reflects the care and dedication of this craft.

Principles That Guide Us

Authenticity
My mission is to share matcha in its truest form, celebrating its rich heritage and ensuring that every cup reflects the essence of Kyoto’s centuries-old tea culture.

Mindfulness
Matcha is more than a beverage—it’s a ritual that invites us to slow down, be present, and savor the moment. I strive to inspire others to find beauty and calm in this simple yet powerful practice.

Quality Without Compromise
Partnering with small-scale, family-run farms allows me to ensure that each product meets the highest standards of purity and taste. Every sip is a testament to the meticulous care behind it.

Connection and Community
Matcha has a way of bringing people together—whether through a shared tea ceremony, a quiet moment of reflection, or an act of hospitality. My goal is to foster these connections while making matcha accessible to everyone.
