How to brew

  • Cup (200–250 ml): 2–3 g (1 heaped tsp). Water 75–85°C (170–185°F). Steep 1–2 min.
  • Multiple infusions: 2–3 times, add ~30s each time.
  • Cold brew: 5–8 g per liter, refrigerate 6–8 hrs.
