1. Cancelling an Order
You can cancel your order before receiving an email confirmation. Once the order is confirmed (email received), cancellation is no longer possible, as payment is processed immediately.

If you wish to cancel an order before confirmation, please email us at contact@sayakamatcha.com with your order number and “Cancellation” in the subject line.
2. Returns After Shipment
If your order has already been confirmed and shipped, we offer a voluntary 10-day return policy for products that remain unopened and in their original packaging.
- Return requests must be approved in advance. Please contact us before returning an item.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Items That Cannot Be Returned
- Opened or damaged food products (including matcha)
- Discounted items and gift cards
3. Refund Processing
Approved cancellations (before confirmation) or accepted returns will be refunded to the original payment method within 5 business days.
